Wafa Ibrahim Rashid Alhosani
United Arab Emirates View BioW A F A I B R A H I M has always been fascinated by children's books and illustrations especially pop up books and the mechanics of paper.
Creating paper objects with a narrative is her passion.
Wafa has a bachelor degree in fine arts, after her graduation she has found a new passion which is children's illustrations and from then on gave workshops in arts for children and started teaching art for three years.
The artist's philosophy is that to guide the viewer in to another magical world through a key hole where sizes, colors and shapes are distorted and unfamiliar.
The techniques used are mainly using any kind of mixed media especially paper illustrations and inter active art, because to the artist art is meant to be touched.
The accomplishment that the artist hopes to accomplish is to create a world where people are translated in to shapes and colors and narratives and hopefully help people understand each other a little bit more.Books
